I use pink eco packaging that isn't bad for the environment.
How do I cancel/ change my order?
I'm not able to cancel/edit any orders once payment is received.
What if I need to change my address?
Once your order has been placed, I cannot make changes to your address anymore. If you made a mistake, or the the delivery was unsuccessful, please let me know. I can resend your parcel when it comes back.
How long does shipping usually take?Orders are dispatched from Adelaide, Australia within 5 working days.
Tracking will be provided with all orders including international.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return?
Of course, just pay for postage and send back to me as new and I'll issue a refund/exchange.
